HOW TO COOK MOIN MOIN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of Black-eyed beans, 1 medium size onion, 2 medium sized tomatoes, 2 fresh pepper (This depends on how you want it in size, you can add more if you want)
You can also add boiled egg but it is optional.
2 table spoonful of grounded crayfish, 1 teaspoonful of salt, add vegetable oil, 2 Magi cubes and water.
METHOD
I. In a bowl, put in the quantity of black eyed beans you want to cook and pour water to cover the beans.
2. Soak it overnight and make the Black eyed beans soft.
3.The next day, gently rob the beans together as you wash it to remove the peels off the Black-eyed beans.
4. Put the cleaned beans in the blender and add onions for a taste. Also add pepper and tomatoes. Blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth paste.
5. If you have already prepared been flour, you don't need to follow the steps above, just add your blended tomatoes, pepper and onions to the floured beans and mix for a smooth paste.
6. Put the bean paste into a bowl and add vegetable oil, mix the combination together, slice boiled egg into moderate sizes if you want boiled egg init and add it to the beans paste. Also add the grinned crayfish to the beans paste, also add magi cubes to the beans paste.
7. Add a little water to loosen the bean paste.
8. Measure the beans paste into a medium curved plates or cups.
9. Fill the cooking pot with water, then place the plats or cups inside the cooking pot, cover it and cook it for about 30 minutes.
10. Cook it until the beans paste look like a baked cake. then it is ready to serve.
